AUTHENTICITY

Are all the items sold on Le Cellier 100% authentic?

Le Cellier guarantees lifetime authenticity for all the items sold through us. Our team of authenticators check every detail to leave no space for doubt. In case of a sale of an inauthentic item, you will receive a 100% refund. Le Cellier will also take in charge the cost of return shipping.

Do the items on sale come with an authenticity card/certificate/authentication report?
Most of the items on our website come from individuals who wish to sell their pieces. Therefore, the availability of an authenticity card differs from product to product. Whether or not an item comes with an authenticity card or a certificate is stated in the product details of each item.
We offer for many of our items an in-house authenticity certificate when you purchase from us.
If you need another proof of authenticity, we also utilize third-party authentication services, and we require you to pay $25 to receive the certificate.
How do you check for authenticity?

Following a rigorous inspection process conducted by our team of in-house authenticators and AI program, we guarantee our customers utmost security and assurance when shopping at Le Cellier.

BUYING

Can I cancel or return my online order?
All bags, jewelry, sale items, accessories and shoes are FINAL SALE.
All purchases made with partial or full store credit amounts are FINAL SALE.
We do not accept order cancellations.

Do you offer a payment plan?
Yes! We currently offer Afterpay, allowing you to split your payment into 4 interest-free biweekly payments (subject to approval).

The minimum cart value for Afterpay on Le Cellier is $1 CAD, and the maximum is $2000 CAD. Afterpay is currently only available to our Canadian customers.

Who pays Duties/Taxes on international orders?
Le Cellier is not responsible about any duties and taxes on your package, it’s the entire responsibility of the purchaser.
Any duties Le Cellier incur upon returning items, will be deducted from the refund amount.

Le Cellier accept pre-owned items but not severely damaged items, with bad odor, with missing parts or hallmark.

Caution: Le Cellier doesn’t accept any type of fake, you will be charge $450 if we identify that you try to sell counterfeit.

30-40% | Instant payouts via e-transfer.
50-60% | In-store credit to spend on our online shop.
– 70-85% | Consignment, only offered for items with a resale value of $500 or above.
